Sample of SBLC,
It has come to my attention that many "clients" are simply just stupid! I know a provider that issues SBLC's, POF, LC, BLOCKED FUNDS LETTERS etc... This provider is a depository! Not a "Top Rated" bank like so many people say they "must have". So what's the difference??
Many "clients" are spooned fed to believe that a Bank has Responsibilities as a bank… They don’t! Banks are corporations with corporate Responsibilities NOT BANK Responsibilities. So the statement that "Your Provider has no bank Responsibilities " is incorrect. Many people assume that top 25 banks will get any transactions closed, however what they Don’t realize is depositories such as First American is where real people of wealth Keep their money. Wealthy people don’t keep all their money at one bank much less their working capital, they use depositories such as First American…Why?? Because any intelligent business person would not risk having the US government Or any other government TAX their money on profit.
FAMOUS DEPOSITORIES: BEAR STEARNS, FIDELITY INVESTMENTS,MERRILL LYNCH (BEFORE IT WAS BOUGHT) E.F. HUTTON. ALL THESE COMPANIES ARE CORPORATIONS WITH CORPRATE RESPONSIBILITY THE SAME AS ANY BANK.
Now to say that an LC, SBLC , BG, from any of the above are not the same as a top 25 Bank Is ridiculous, it would be accepted by any lender or bank once again because Of corporate responsibility.
The difference between banks and depositories’ are the type of license they have.
" A non-banking financial company <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-banking_financial_company> is an institution that provides financial services without meeting the legal definition of a bank, such as, holding a banking license."
Please read more at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Banking_license <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Banking_license>
Due to the number of different sectors in which banks may be involved, there are also bank licensing packages available. The main bank license is the one that allows the bank to engage in all of the activities that one would expect a major bank to partake in, including retail banking
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Retail_banking> , merchant acquiring, cash management, asset management <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asset_management> and trading <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proprietary_trading> . Obtaining a bank license that allows you to engage in all of these activities will generally take the longest, and cost the most. Additionally, however, you can apply for one that has fewer or even only one specialization.
Why are 99% of The Services That Offer SWIFT a Scam!
Many companies that "don't charge an upfront fee" really do issue a real SWIFT message MT 760,799 etc... The way it is set up is the "provider" issues a SWIFT message to the receiving bank, however the account is verified under another person. The account is verified with the actual account holder's name, and information "your name is just added on to the account temporarily". Once the verification is made fees are taken from escrow and the same time your name is taken off the account.
Many people think so what!?! I got my verification already! Yes you did, but as soon as your name comes off that account you no longer have the "proof of funds", so even if you paid for a 90 day verification or 1 year and 1 day, you really only got maybe 3 days max.... That's why many "providers say fees due within 72 hours".
Another Method of MT 760 SCAM or SWIFT SCAM:
Many providers have inside "people" in certain banks and verify and send everything including SWIFT message in order to get paid, then never send any "hard copies" to beneficiaries or verify any else after money is received.
Many people don't know that SWIFT messaging gets monitors by FBI, and Federal Reserve, it's a known fact just "google it" ever since 911 it's been in affect.
So after all this information why go with top 25 bank? Why go with SWIFT messaging?
Why not go with a depository that verifies not only by bonded carrier but via phone, have
an actual banker verify your account!
