• _{Client gets quote and approves it}

• _{Issuer receives the intake form and summary of client transaction}

• _{Issuer locks in investor(s) for transaction (to fund the sblc, our instruments are cashed backed)}

• _{Issuer generates document package}

• _{Client reviews and executes document package}

• _{Client returns executed document package and wires fees} 

• <sub>Issuer funds and issues SBLC immediately upon receipt of the above
  
   Options if required:
  
   ESCROW IF REQUESTED BY CLIENT AND PAID FOR BY CLIENT (this insures the clients money and transaction)
  
  Escrow fees are 2% of the fees (not the SBLC amount) minimum $2,500 maximum $75,000</sub>
   

• _{If escrow is required, the escrow company will charge 2% of the fee amount}

• _{escrow company sends out instructions for signature by all parties}

• _{escrow company will receive funds from client and notify issuer of fee received}

• _{Issuer sends SBLC to escrow company to send to beneficiary}

• <sub>escrow company sends out SBLC and releases funds to issuer
  
   
  
  Under normal circumstances the original SBLC is sent to beneficiary via "bonded courier" at no charge to client and sent overnight. A client copy is sent to client as well
  
   
  
  SWIFT IF REQUIRED BY CLIENT</sub>
  
   

• _{SWIFTS are sent via CITI Bank and sent MT760}

• _{Fees for SWIFT is $35,000 per transaction (on top of quoted fees)}

• <sub>SWIFTS are sent once the signed documents and fees received only (not before)
